Off Season
This update is not a complete stand
alone program. In order to use this update, you must have the original program
(installed from the CD) on your computer.
Downloading and installing this program upgrade will replace only the program files in
your computer. Your data files will remain intact.
Instructions for downloading this file:
- Using the Windows Explorer, create a
folder on your computer into which to download the upgrade file. I often create a
temporary folder and use my initials as a name for this folder --- GK.
- Click on the name of the file below to
be downloaded.
- Select the newly created folder on
your hard drive as the location into which to download the file. (GK, for example)
Once the file has been downloaded:
- Run the Windows Explorer on your
computer and find the new folder in the left hand window.
- Click on the folder to open it and
locate the file just downloaded in the right hand window.
- Double click on the file name.
- Click on "Unzip" and unzip
all files to the default folder, overwriting the existing files.
- Run the program and select "About
This Program" from the Help Menu. Check the version number and date of your
program -- it should correspond with the version number and date in this download section.
NOTE: While your software is
running, select "About This Program" from the Help Menu. Check your
current version number. If you do not have version 2000-1.7 or later, download
BGOffUpX.exe (Version 2000-1.7) before downloading version Three below. Some files
necessary for operation of the software are included in Version 2000-1.7 but not in
version Three. This was done to preserve data which coaches may have entered in
version 2000-1.7.
