IF YOU ARE GETTING ERRORS WHEN YOU TRY TO SAVE DATA OR PRINT REPORTS, YOU ARE RUNNING OUT
OF MEMORY.
- Using the Windows Explorer, create a
new folder on your computer. I often use my initials to name this folder -- GK.
- Click the link below and download the
HPProb.exe file into your new folder.
- Using the Windows Explorer on your
computer, open the new folder and locate the HPProb.exe file just downloaded.
- Double click it and it will unzip into
your "My Documents" folder as a txt file.
- Open it with the Notepad or WordPad
programs and print it.
- It contains instructions from HP on
how to free up more memory on HP computers. This will probably work for Compaq,
Dell, and Gateway computers also, but you should probably check with the manufacturer of
your computer before you try it.
