Rating Scale Entry Screen

This program includes a performance rating scale which is applied to individual player stats and to team stats.  You may set up these + - values as you wish. You may set up a scale specifically for each team for each season, or you may create a "default" season and enter one set of Rating Scale Values for use by all teams in all seasons.
