Team Data Entry Screen

Since this program is capable of keeping stats for an unlimited number of teams, you must set up the team(s) you will be keeping stats for.  Each team belongs to a league, so you must set up the league before setting up the team.  If you are keeping stats only for one team, you do not need to set up all the teams in the league -- just set up the team(s) for which you are keeping stats.  Team name is all that is required.
