Hitting & Fielding Rating Scale

The program calculates a performance rating for individual players and team.  It uses a + - rating scale which you may enter.  You may enter a separate scale for each team for each season, or you may create a "default" season and enter a scale which is used by all teams for all seasons.  There are separate rating scales for Hitting & Fielding and Pitching.
